This website and its online booking run on the EasyWeek platform of EasyWeek GmbH, Hördtweg 65, 40470 Düsseldorf, Germany. EasyWeek GmbH processes personal data on our behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). The data is stored on servers in the European Union.

Server log files

Each time you open this website, the technical data your browser sends is processed automatically: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring URL, browser type and version, and operating system. This is necessary to deliver the website and to keep it secure and stable.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and error-free operation of the website. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for this purpose, unless it has to be retained to clarify a security incident.

When you book an appointment or buy a gift card or product on this website, we process the information you enter, such as your name, phone number, email address, the selected service, the date and time, and your comments. This website stores information in your browser (cookies, local storage) where this is strictly necessary to provide the website, for example to remember your cookie settings or to complete a booking.

Any other storage of or access to information on your device, for example for analytics, takes place only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and the national rules implementing Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive, in Germany § 25 TDDDG). You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, for example by deleting this website's cookies and site data in your browser.

To show our location on a map, this website loads map tiles from CARTO (carto.com) based on OpenStreetMap data. Your browser connects to CARTO's servers, which receive your IP address; this may involve a transfer to the United States. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is showing you how to find us.

Google Analytics uses cookies and processes pseudonymized usage data, such as the pages viewed, device and browser information and the approximate location derived from the IP address.

The services are provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States; such transfers are based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, under which Google LLC is certified. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
